Our Objective as an Organization

​NovaSalud, Inc. works to break down barriers to HIV services and fight the social stigma surrounding HIV and AIDS.  We provide free and confidential HIV counseling, testing and referral (CTR), and HIV/AIDS and STD prevention education services to the Northern Virginia community.

Promote Awareness of HIV/AIDS and provide referrals into prevention education and risk education services through basic and intensive street outreach, and through group-level intervention among target populations.

​

Increase Individuals' knowledge of their HIV status in order to reduce barriers to early diagnosis of HIV infection through voluntary participation in HIV counseling, testing, and referral services.
